Advantages
●According to our rich experience in press brake tooling production, the following two kinds of optimum materials are recommended to satisfy your high-quality requirements. Other required materials can also be customized to fit your specific needs.
● 42CrMo, tempered to 1100 - 1200 N / mm2
● C45, tempered to 800 - 850 N / mm2
●The hardness of the bending radius and intake radius can achieve 45-50RC.
●The Wila-Trumpf press brake tooling features high universality. After the length or bend angle is being adjusted or working together with the adapters, the press brake tooling is compatible with the widest variety of press brakes machines.

All punches Type Wila-Trumpf can be equipped with three different clamping systems.
QuickLock (vertical) , Safety Pins (horizontal)
Attention:
QuickLock: By default, all tools are delivered with the QuickLock system, provided
that these weigh less than 12.5 kg. This applies to most sectioned tools and to some
standard length tools.
If you prefer the QuickLock-System on tools which weigh more than 12.5 kg, it is possible to section the tool for a small surcharge.
Safety Pins: All tools that weigh more than 12.5 kg, are delivered by default with safety
pins. This applies to all standard tool lengths and some segmented tools.
